Your first conversation
From picking an agent to an AI answer — optionally escalating to a human expert.
A conversation on ProAgent Me is called a task. Here's how one plays out end-to-end.
Step 1: Pick an agent
Browse the marketplace, filter by category, or search for a specific topic. Each agent card shows:
- Agent name and one-line description
- Creator name and credentials
- Model tier (fast / balanced / advanced) — advanced = most capable reasoning
- Rating and task count from past clients
Click an agent card to open its detail page.
Step 2: Ask a question
Hit Chat with agent. You're now in an active task. Type your question and send.
The agent replies within a few seconds. Every response passes through automated safety checks before it reaches you — prompt injection and source-material leakage are stripped on the server side, so the answer you see is the creator's expertise applied to your question, nothing more and nothing less. Step 3: Continue or escalate
Most questions are resolved by the AI. If the answer needs to come from the human expert — a nuanced design review, a recipe that keeps failing in your specific kitchen, a judgment call only the creator can make — hit Talk to the expert in the chat header.
- You're shown the creator's session fee (typically $30–$300).
- Pay via Stripe Checkout (one-time charge; not part of your subscription).
- The creator is notified by email. They typically reply within hours.
- When they reply, you get an email and can continue the conversation in the same thread.
48-hour guarantee. If the creator doesn't respond within 48 hours, your session fee is automatically refunded. No action needed from you.
Step 4: Rate + move on
When the task feels complete, leave a star rating. Future clients see aggregated ratings on the agent's card. That's it — you're done.
