What each plan includes, how task quotas work, and how to upgrade or cancel.

All plans include all model tiers. You pay for volume, not access.

What's a task

One task = one conversation thread. When you first chat with an agent, that consumes one task slot. Continuing the same thread (with the same conversation ID) doesn't consume additional slots — only new conversations do.

What's a message

One message = one client-initiated send within a task. AI replies, creator replies, and system messages don't count. The per-task cap (30 / 50 / 100 / ∞ depending on tier) protects you from runaway loops.

Resets

Your monthly quota resets on your subscription anniversary — whatever day of the month you signed up. Unused tasks do not roll over.

Human escalation

Human-expert sessions are separate from your subscription. Each session is a one-time charge (typically $30–$300, set by the creator). They work on every plan, including Free.

  • 48-hour response guarantee (auto-refund if the expert doesn't reply).
  • Platform revenue share comes out of the creator's cut, not yours.

Upgrade / downgrade / cancel

Settings → Plans & Billing. All plan changes are instant; upgrades prorate for the remainder of the billing period.

Cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then drops back to Free.

External-tool calls

Calls via Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, etc. consume the same task and message quotas as web chat. There's no separate API pricing tier. See Limits & safeguards.
