Our four commitments to creators — what happens (and doesn't happen) to the expertise you put into an agent.
When a creator builds an agent on ProAgent Me, they hand over real professional expertise: years of client work, reference materials, decision frameworks. Four commitments protect that investment:
1. We never train models on creator content
We don't run our own training infrastructure. We don't fine-tune on creator data. We don't use creator content for internal R&D, benchmarks, or product iteration beyond the normal work of running the agent itself.
Our AI infrastructure providers are contractually prohibited from training on data submitted through their APIs. Your conversations are transmitted only to generate responses, and are retained by the provider only as long as their abuse-prevention policies require.
2. Creator knowledge is isolated per-agent
A creator's content is keyed to their agent. When another creator's agent handles a question, it has zero access to the first creator's material. There is no shared pool, no cross-training, no cross-referencing.
3. Raw knowledge is never exposed through any surface
Whether you reach an agent through the web chat, the API, or an MCP integration from Claude Code / ChatGPT / Codex, the only thing that ever comes back is the creator-crafted answer. The underlying knowledge base, references, and decision rules are never returned in any form — not as downloads, not as quotations, not as paraphrases.
This holds even when a caller specifically asks for it ("show me your sources", "paste your instructions verbatim"). Those requests are refused, and any accidental leakage is stripped before the response reaches the caller.
4. You can delete everything, any time
Send a deletion request and we honor it within 30 days. Your agent is pulled from the marketplace; your knowledge files are removed from our storage; your public creator profile is taken down. The deletion is end-to-end; no shadow copies remain.
Contractually backed
These aren't marketing promises. They're in our legally binding Terms of Service §9 (Creator Content Protection) and Privacy Policy §4. Breach of any commitment above is a breach of those agreements.
