The 48-hour auto-refund for unresponsive escalations and the subscription refund policy.
48-hour auto-refund (escalations)
If a creator doesn't respond to your paid human-escalation session within 48 hours, Stripe automatically refunds the full session fee. No action needed. A system message lands in the chat thread noting the refund.
Subscription refunds
Subscription charges follow our standard 7-day refund window — see Terms of Service §9. Email support if you need to invoke it.
